Symbol Of Love premiered at the Frankfurt Fashion Week at Frankfurt Fashion Lounge in the Couture Spring Summer 2022 segment.

Sustainability is essentially love – towards this beautiful Earth and its incredible inhabitants. In ‘Symbol Of Love’ we bring this belief alive by blending handloom fabric with the hand embroidery arts of ‘Chikankari’ and ‘Mukesh’. Chikankari is a hand-embroidery art where traditionally white thread is embroidered on pleasing pastel shades of fabric. It has now evolved to incorporate coloured and silk threads. In Mukesh embroidery, on the other hand, thin metallic threads are used to create intricate and beautiful patterns on fabrics.

 

​By keeping these traditional art and artisanship alive and thriving, we hope to inspire the current and upcoming generations to love and respect their roots and origins. We believe this can breathe fresh life into our culture, values, and traditions.
